THE F6-K IS A SINGLE AXIS DRIVE PLATFORM OFFERED THROUGH 1,200HP. 
 
THE F6-K WAS BUILT WITH REALTIME ETHERNET COMMUNICATION AND SAFETY IN MIND.  AS STANDARD, IT INCLUDES ETHERCAT, STO AND A DUAL CHANNEL UNIVERSAL ENCODER INTERFACE. 

FEATURES

ETHERCAT ONBOARD

The F6-K is configured for EtherCAT communication as standard.  A 125μS scan time makes the F6-K ideal for high-performance applications requiring real-time performance.

 

A VARAN communication option is also available.

3 ANALOG INPUTS

The F6-K features 3 analog inputs which can be used to control advanced processes like a hydraulic pump servo motor.  

 

This gives the option to handle the control in the drive rather than an external PLC.

 

SIL3 STO

The F6 features a dual-channel SIL3 rated Safe-Torque-Off (STO) input.

ONE TO CONTROL THEM ALL

The F6-K can run a wide variety of different motor types.

 

Induction motors, AC PM Servo motors, Torque motors, Reluctance motors, Spindle motors, Interior Permanent Magnet Motors, Linear motors, and High Speed motors

 

 

UNIVERSAL ENCODER INTERFACE

The F6-K features a dual-channel universal feedback interface.

 

Resolver, Incremental TTL, BiSS, SSI, SinCos, EnDAT 2.1, EnDAT 2.2, and Hiperface are all supported.

F6 POWER STAGE

The F6 is available in 208-230V and 480V classes – up to 1,200Hp. 

 

Units feature integrated braking transistors and KTY/PTC motor temperature monitoring

OPTIONS

Braking Transistor

A braking transistor can be included in the F6-K. This is not an external module but is compactly fit in the F6 drive.

Communication

EtherCAT communication is onboard and standard.

A VARAN option is also available.
